Quiet Hours

• Out of respect for fellow vacationers, quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.

• This policy is strictly enforced. Guests who fail to comply may be asked to leave without refund.
   

Payment Policy

• Final balances are due upon check-in.

• We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit, and e-transfer.

• A valid credit card may be required on file for damages or incidentals.
   

Occupancy

• Each room/cottage has a maximum occupancy limit for safety and comfort.

• Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges.

• Rollaway beds may be available at an additional fee.
   

Children & Pets

• Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

• Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals.
   

Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all rooms and cottages.

• Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas—please be courteous of other guests.

• Alcohol may be consumed responsibly in your accommodation or designated outdoor spaces.
   

Damage & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to their accommodation or the property.

• Cleaning or repair fees may be charged if required.

• Bonnie Doone Manor is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
   

Parking

• One parking spot per unit is provided free of charge.

• Please arrange in advance if you require additional parking.
   

General House Rules

• Respect shared amenities such as BBQs, picnic tables, and beachfront access.

• Large parties or events require prior approval from management.

• Fireworks, hazardous items, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
